Private Cooking Classes


  I offer a variety of private cooking classes customized to suit  you:

  1. Private Individual Instruction. For clients with special needs and interests.

  2. Private Group Classes.   If you can’t make it to a class listed in my schedule, gather some friends and I will teach a private class for you.

  3. Special Events and Programs.  Need a program for your club or group?  A special evening to thank clients or donors?   Treat them to a culinary program or event they’ll remember.

  4. Corporate Team Building.  Looking for a way to build comraderie, rapport, and teamwork at the office?  Consider a team building cooking class.

Cooking from the Farmers’ Market

Wednesday, August 31 and Monday September 12, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year . . . Farmers’ markets are full to bursting with beautiful ripe produce and much more.  What to do with all this delicious bounty?  Come get a few ideas: Watermelon Gazpacho with Lime Crema; Fresh Corn, Tomato, and Orzo Salad with Basil; Grass-Fed Beef Sliders with Smoky Salsa; Honey-Roasted Peaches with Whipped Cream and Toasted Almonds. 

(Demonstration class)  $40 per person or $75 for two.


Everything Caramel 

Wednesday, September 28 and Monday, October 3, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Are you a caramel fan?  Join us to indulge in a delicious array of treats made with one of everyone’s favorite flavors!  Vietnamese Caramel Chicken with Ginger and Garlic; Salted Caramel and Pecan Sundaes in Puff Pastry Cups; Apple and Rosemary Caramel Shortcakes; Lavender Honey Caramels Drizzled with Bittersweet Chocolate. 

(Demonstration class)  $40 per person or $75 for two.

Cancellation policy:  To receive a full refund, a class registration must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the class.  If class registrations do not reach minimum enrollment, the class will be cancelled, and students will be notified at least 72 hours prior to the class and will receive a full refund.
