Private Cooking Classes
I offer a variety of private cooking classes customized to suit you:
❖Private Individual Instruction--for clients with special needs and interests.
❖Private Group Classes--if you can’t make it to a class listed in my schedule, gather a few friends and I will teach a private class for you.
❖Cooking Class Luncheon and Dinner Parties--for a fun and different way to entertain family and friends, get them together to cook for a luncheon or dinner party cooking class.
❖Wine Tasting Parties--Gather a group of friends at your home to enjoy tasting wine with dinner or hors d’oeuvres and learning more about wine and food pairing.
❖Special Events and Programs--Need a program for your club or group? A special evening to thank clients or donors? Treat them to a culinary program or event they’ll remember.
❖Corporate Team Building-- Looking for a way to build comraderie, rapport, and teamwork at the office? Consider a team building cooking class.

More Main Dish Salads Monday, August 30, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The farmers’ markets and grocery stores are overflowing with beautiful veggies, greens, and fruits. We’ll take advantage of the wonderful ingredients available this season to create some delicious salads worthy of taking center stage at your table. Roasted Summer Vegetable Salad with Grilled Chicken and Roasted Garlic Buttermilk Dressing; Potato Salad with Green and White Beans, Pancetta, and Basil; Sesame Shrimp Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing; The Blue Lou Salad (blueberries, walnuts, blue cheese, fresh greens, and cold sliced pork tenderloin drizzled with berry vinaigrette). Tips on composing salads, handling greens, and putting together easy dressings will be included.
(Demonstration class) $40 per person or $75 for two.
Hands-On Knife Skills Thursday, September 30, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The better your knife skills, the more you’ll enjoy cooking. You’ll learn how to sharpen and use your most important kitchen tool to slice, dice, julienne, mince, and more--and create some delicious dishes with your beautifully chopped produce. Chopped Salad with Lemon Parsley Vinaigrette, The Best Veggie Pizza with Whole Wheat Crust, Simple Apple and Pear Tarts with Honey Glaze, plus Red Onion Marmalade with Cranberries to take home.
(Hands-on participation class) $50 per person or $95 for two.

If class registrations do not reach minimum enrollment, the class will be cancelled, and students will be notified at least 72 hours prior to the class and will receive a full refund.
